Project Narrative: This green roof completes the rooftop deck area located on top of the lower story of Centerbrook Architect’s offices in Connecticut. The building is a renovated mill with beautiful views of a river, waterfall, and woods from the rooftop deck. The GreenGrid^® was installed to enhance the deck area. Installation was completed in less than three hours.

The extensive green roof layout was designed by Centerbrook Architects and features six different sedum species arranged randomly on the roof. The sedum in these modules had been growing for at least a year prior to installation and provided full coverage at the time of placement.
