Ecoballast®.
Ecoballast® modules augment stormwater
retention without plants and growing media.
Filled with aggregate, Ecoballast® provides
a modular roof ballast with water retention
capability. Ecoballast® modules can accept
stormwater to a predetermined level. At storm’s
end, the water collected simply evaporates.
Ecoballast® modules
can be used alone or integrated with GreenGrid® since
they are compatible and complimentary with
the preplanted modules. Lower cost aggregate
and/or colored aggregate options are possible
in the Ecoballast® modules.
